The Journey of Hope Quilt Project In September 2000, a group of domestic violence survivors decided to create a quilt called the "Journey of Hope". Survivors, friends, relatives and concerned members of the community joined forces to create a quilt to show support for survivors of domestic violence and to mobilize our community to work for a future where home is a safe place for everyone. The end result of this effort is 5 beautiful quilts, each 7' by 7'. Over 200 people contributed individual quilt squares and several dedicated women sewed the squares together.
We are honored to have one
of these quilts on display
in our Renton Clinic For more information on the "Journey of Hope" quilt project, please contact Trish at 253.850.7948
