Welcome to Valley Women's Clinic

Since the early '70's we've provided healthcare to the women of South King County.  Today, we have two clinic locations, four OB-GYN physicians and two nurse practitioners.

Our providers may have changed, but we have not changed our philosophy.  Our goal is to provide quality, cost effective healthcare in a supportive and comfortable environment.  Our staff and providers work together toward this same goal.  We are here for each other, to provide care for you.

If you have concerns or comments regarding your experience in our office, we want to hear from you. Click here to send us an email!

COMING SOON - ONLINE CREDIT CARD AND ACH (DIRECT BANK ACCOUNT) PAYMENTS
Soon you will be able to make payments to your Valley Women's Clinic account online through our secured website!

PHOTO ID NOW REQUIRED

We are now asking patients to bring a photo ID with them for every visit.   We will keep a copy of your photo ID in your medical chart and it will be used to validate your identity when using insurance or medical coupons.

This is not a HIPAA requirement.  This is for your own protection.  Identity theft, for the purpose of medical care can affect you financially, as well as your future ability to obtain medical insurance.

In addition, for the majority of the insurance companies we contract with, this is a requirement.  Thank you for your cooperation!

REMINDER FOR OUR PREGNANT PATIENTS

If you are 20 weeks or more in your pregnancy and have a question when our office is closed, you can always call the Birth Center at Valley Medical Center.  Their number is 425.251-5182

NEW AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY GUIDELINES ON BREAST MRI'S

Who should have a breast MRI?

Women with a strong family history of breast cancer are at high risk of getting the disease.  The American Cancer Society says careful analysis of family history by a physician is needed, but recommendation may include women who have had:

  • Two or more close relatives with breast or ovarian cancer, which is genetically linked to breast cancer.  Close relatives include a mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and half-sister.

  • A close relative who had breast cancer before menopause

  • A family history of both breast and ovarian cancer

  • One or more relatives who have had two cancers - two separate breast cancers or breast and ovarian cancer

  • Male relatives with breast cancer

For more information and guidelines for breast cancer screening with MRI, please ask your Valley Women's Clinic healthcare provider - and click American Cancer Society
